Heritage Lakes, thriving at every age.

Now Open & Welcoming New Residents Daily.

Morning Coffee on Terrace

Heritage Lakes is built upon connections;

...to one's self and their meaningful relationships, and to the serene environment that binds thoughtful community throughout.

We understand that aging is unique to each of our loved ones. This is why we offer a variety of living and care options to foster wellness and peace of mind for all the days to come.

We know that every day moments can lead to meaningful memories at Heritage Lakes.

Residents experience thoughtful engagement through resident inspired classes and peer lead programs offered weekly.

One of our values at Heritage Lakes is providing a service beyond what is expected. Heritage Lakes was designed for more, we are here to foster personal growth, community and family systems. Which is why we host events for residents and the special people in their lives each month.

Around the Community

Integral Senior Living Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Notice

Long-term care (LTC) ombudsmen are advocates for resident rights. They help protect the quality of life and quality of care of anybody who lives in a nursing home or an assisted living facility.

Ombudsmen can be volunteers or paid employees of agencies that are independent of any long-term care facility. Services are free, confidential and available statewide.

The Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is independent of the Texas Health and Human Services system. This ensures the state ombudsman and all program representatives advocate for resident interests. Ombudsmen work to solve individual problems and to change policy and law to protect residents.
